These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by Tru Agency Real Estate (Tiffany Lancaster Real Estate, Inc, "we," "us," "our") and are part of the Terms of Service on this page.

How to opt in

Check a texting consent box on one of our website forms (for example our Contact, Sell, or Home Value forms). The boxes are optional and never pre-checked. You can also text one of our numbers first. We only text people who have opted in one of these ways.

What we text about

Messages are about your property, your questions, calls or appointments you set with us (including reminders), and, if you checked the marketing box, information about our real estate services. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. For help, call (435) 244-6098 or email tiffany@tru-companies.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What we collect

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver our messages.
